support. Our engineers work directly with end users, not separated by layers of
program management, delivering full-stack applications that are actually used in
the field. From AI-powered DevSecOps platforms to cloud-native containerized
environments, we architect, develop, and deploy software that scales across
classification domains and survives the field.

WHAT WE DELIVER
AI-Powered DevSecOps and CI/CD Automation

We help federal programs move from manual, compliance-heavy release cycles to continuous, automated delivery pipelines. Our DevSecOps implementations integrate security scanning, artifact signing, and policy enforcement directly into the CI/CD pipeline, keeping software moving without sacrificing accreditation. We have stood up DevSecOps environments from scratch at OCONUS military installations, including EUCOM’s first hybrid Azure DevOps lab at Impact Level 4, and have supported DevSecOps workflow adoption for Space Force software modernization programs under Space Delta 10.

Full Stack Development

We design, develop, and deliver complete software systems from front-end user interface to back-end data architecture. Our teams are fluent across modern frameworks and DoD-relevant technology stacks, and have built mission-critical applications for some of the most operationally demanding commands in the U.S. military.

Representative deliveries include full-stack development of the 609th AOC’s mission automation application suite at Kessel Run (including Slapshot, Mai Tai, and Skyhook), the KRADOS data model supporting mission planning and execution data exchange, and a redesigned Joint Personnel Accountability Database (JPAD) for EUCOM’s J3/ISKM directorate.

Automated Testing

We implement automated testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms to ensure that software performs reliably before it reaches users. Automated test coverage is built into our development process, not bolted on at the end.

Infrastructure as Code

We manage infrastructure programmatically using tools including Terraform and Saltstack, enabling repeatable, auditable environment builds across development, staging, and production. IaC is a standard part of our delivery approach, not an optional add-on.

Cloud-Native and Containerized Development

We develop applications designed from the ground up for cloud and containerized environments, including classified cloud enclaves. Our teams have built and migrated applications to Azure cloud environments at DoD Impact Level 4 and supported cloud-native conversion efforts that enable containerized deployment across both enterprise and edge environments.

Agile Development

We apply true Agile methodology, taking direction from the users of the systems we build rather than program managers or intermediaries. Our development cycles are short, feedback loops are tight, and deliveries are incremental and demonstrable. We have introduced and institutionalized Agile practices within commands that had none, including Gitflow version control and package-centric development workflows at EUCOM’s ISKM directorate.

Data Engineering and Data Wrangling

We connect unstructured and semi-structured data from disparate tactical and non-tactical systems to put real-time, accurate information in front of the people who need it. Our data engineering work has supported intelligence operations, mission planning, and command accountability functions across multiple combatant commands and classification domains.

PROVEN IN THE FIELD

USCENTCOM eMAPS / AI-Enabled Cloud Engineering
Supporting USCENTCOM’s J2 Intelligence Directorate under the Enterprise Machine Learning and Persistent Services (eMAPS) initiative. Delivering DevSecOps engineering and AI/ML infrastructure across TS/SCI, Secret, and Unclassified domains, including data management platforms, reusable analytic modules, secure visualization dashboards, and OSINT software accredited for multi-domain deployment.

Kessel Run / Application Development
Delivered full-stack JavaScript and Java development for the 609th AOC’s mission automation suite and implemented the core data model powering the KRADOS application suite for mission planning and execution data exchange. Served as a force multiplier by architecting systems from scratch, closing technical gaps, and elevating team coding standards.

EUCOM ISKM / DevSecOps Transformation
Modernized EUCOM’s software development enterprise by delivering Angular/React front-ends with .NET Core back-ends, a Strategic Combined Calendar, and a redesigned Joint Personnel Accountability Database. Stood up EUCOM’s first OCONUS military cloud environment, a hybrid Azure DevOps lab at Impact Level 4, receiving a full ATO after operating under interim permissions.

Space Force / Software Modernization Support (via 10 FDS)

JSOC TECHEX / Data Services
Delivered SharePoint, SQL Server, data engineering, and IA automation support to NSOCC-A in Afghanistan. Successfully migrated NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A web portals across three enclaves and multiple classification domains, upgrading the command’s SharePoint infrastructure in- theater.

D360-SENTINEL AI

Our software engineering practice is anchored by D360-Sentinel AI, our core platform for AI-powered DevSecOps and continuous authorization. Sentinel AI extends our engineering capability with autonomous security agents, SBOM validation, policy-driven CI/CD integration, and tamper-evident cryptographic attestations protected by U.S. Patents 11,546,340 and 8,881,105.
