Deploy360 provides the infrastructure support that keeps mission systems
running. Our operations personnel have managed complex IT environments
across joint commands, including classified networks, multi-enclave SharePoint
environments in active theater, and enterprise-scale server consolidation efforts
at special operations commands. We understand that IT operations in a DoD
context carries consequences that commercial environments do not, and we staff
accordingly.
We provide full-spectrum system and server administration support across
Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Our personnel have administered
servers in both CONUS enterprise settings and OCONUS deployed locations,
managing domain controllers, certification authorities, Active Directory, patching
cadences, and service account configurations. At JSOC, Deploy360’s Principal
Systems Engineer oversaw a team of 35 cybersecurity, network and systems
administrators, software developers, and engineers supporting IT policy and
planning, managing a budget exceeding $6 million and completing four
concurrent technology projects valued at more than $3.5 million, including the
development and deployment of a data center and enterprise network
architecture services. That effort included a server hardware consolidation that
increased existing hardware utilization by over 45%.
We support hardware and software asset tracking, system audits, and incident
management workflows aligned to DoD IT policy. Our teams ensure hardware,
software, data, and facility resources are accounted for and managed in
accordance with system security plans. Personnel have performed pattern
analysis on non-compliance findings, supported security incident response, and
executed diagnostic and resolution workflows across network environments at
OCONUS installations
We deploy and manage containerized application environments using Docker
and Kubernetes, enabling cloud-native and hybrid deployment models across
both enterprise and edge settings. Our cloud-native conversion work has
included executing application baseline updates to enable containerized
deployment and establishing CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Native Access Points
(CNAP). This capability directly supports programs transitioning to DoD
DevSecOps Reference Design-aligned delivery models.
We design and deliver enterprise IT architectures for DoD programs, including
hub/spoke Azure network topologies, multi-VNET environments, and hybrid
cloud configurations. At EUCOM ISKM, we stood up a three-VNET hub/spoke
architecture deployed on Microsoft Azure with all traffic routed through Azure
Firewall for inspection, including a DMZ subnet for file movement and testing.
The Service VNET contained domain controllers, certifying authority, Docker,
DevOps, SharePoint, PKI/STS, Artifactory, Quality Assurance, and Azure SQL PaaS
components. We have also designed and implemented cloud infrastructure on
both Azure and AWS in support of federal programs requiring FedRAMP-aligned
environments.
We have managed and migrated SharePoint environments across DoD
commands, including multi-enclave, multi-domain migrations in active theater.
Work performed includes:
- SharePoint 2010 to 2013 platform upgrades across coalition farms,
including look and feel conversion and service account remediation - Migration of NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A web portals across three enclaves and
multiple classification domains in Afghanistan - SharePoint Framework (SPFx) modifications to migrate SharePoint 2019
custom applications to the DoD365 portal
ADFS migration completion, farm server reactivation, and database and
site collection rebuilding - Managed navigation implementation, distributed cache rebalancing, user
profile service reconfiguration, and enterprise search service restoration - Content redesign and conversion from deprecated HTML to HTML5 and
CSS3
Deploy360 received a Letter of Appreciation from the CJ6 Deputy Director of
NSOCC-A for the successful migration of the command’s SharePoint capability
across three enclaves and multiple domains
JSOC TECHEX / Data Services Kabul/Bagram, Afghanistan and Fort Liberty, NC
Provided SharePoint, SQL Server, data engineering, and IA automation support to
the NATO Special Operations Command-Component-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A) and
Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan (SOJTF-A). Successfully migrated
NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A web portals across three enclaves and multiple classification
domains, upgrading the command’s SharePoint infrastructure in-theater from
SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. Work included daily content management,
SYSOPS coordination, outage troubleshooting, and scan finding mitigation.
NAVSUP FLCB Bahrain / Cybersecurity Workforce IT Support NSA Bahrain
Provided cybersecurity and IT operations support to Naval Supply Fleet Logistics
Center Bahrain, including system administration, network monitoring,
vulnerability scanning, and IAVA patch implementation in a deployed OCONUS
environment.
NAVSUP FLCY Yokosuka / Access Database Programming Yokosuka, Japan
Delivered database programming and IT support to Naval Supply Fleet Logistics
Center Yokosuka.
MCI-EAST / GIS Services MCB Camp Lejeune

Corps Installations-East G6 operations.
Beale AFB / Medical IT Support Services Beale AFB, Sacramento, CA
Providing IT support services to the 9th Medical Group at Beale AFB.
EUCOM ISKM / Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Migration Stuttgart, Germany
Designed and deployed EUCOM’s first OCONUS military hybrid cloud environment on Microsoft Azure at Impact Level 4. Built three-VNET hub/spoke
architecture with Azure Firewall, Azure Sentinel SIEM, Azure Monitor, and
Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Transitioned the DevSecOps environment from TFS
to Git with associated pipelines, implemented Artifactory as the repository
manager, and established STIG-compliant configurations across the test and
development network.
